Kanaldata is looking for a candidate for Sr. Business Development!

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Strong performance in business development, shown from years of experience in this area.
  • Lead and manage the current business development team, aligning the group of BD team to work under specification from the team leader, and fostering and assisting them in reaching their goals.
  • Working with the team leader to keep improving workflow and essential methodologies to achieve the company’s goals
  • Sharing responsibilities with the team leader at ensuring BD team performance
  • Responsible both personally and by the team to achieve project occupancy and performance, leading to revenue generation and fulfilling the project pipeline
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and specifications
  • Listening to the client’s suggestions, desires and communicating to the relevant divisions within the internal company
  • Learn about the client’s industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
  • Learn about tech, startup, and digital industry to support everyday working insights needs
  • Work closely with clients to organize and align the focus to the company’s products and services that fit their needs and goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design program, approach, or other relevant projects (both existing and new ones) according to the standards discussed with the client
  • Work together with the team leader to define industry verticals, target leads, and distribution to the BD team.
  • Use networking techniques, iterate new ways and methodologies to attract, bring out the company’s service, and gaining introduction/hearing/presentation with new potential clients/contact/lead defined in the point above.
  • Negotiate budgets and deadlines and make a detailed presentation by justifying costs and schedule through collaboration with certain division’s key people.
  • Keeping, maintaining, upselling, developing clients, and managing records on the Sales Platform
Requirement: is looking for a candidate with capability as a Senior Business Development, with a minimum of 3 years of Experience in Business Development/Account Management/Sales. Strong acumen in leadership, ability to inspire, motivate, and foster team shown by at least 2 years experience leading relevant business development, account management, and sales—Bachelor or Master in Communication, Management, Administration, Business or relevant sectors to Business Development discipline.
Based in Jakarta, an IT/Consultant/SaaS/Media/Activation sales background is preferable with outstanding knowledge of business development, account management, and sales process combined with experience and connections to corporations and enterprises. your CV Please Email :
